All content on this site — text, editorial structure, graphic elements, interface component source code — is protected by copyright. Reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.
The names, trade marks and logos of organisations cited as references remain the property of their respective owners. Mentioning them conveys no assignment, no licence and no permission for third-party use.
Deliverables produced for clients are governed by the corresponding contracts, which set out the assignment of rights. This section concerns this site only.

Personal data and cookies
The data collected on this site, its purposes, lawful bases, recipients, retention periods and how to exercise your rights are set out in the privacy policy, which also states which cookies are set and under what regime.

Accessibility
Article 47 of French law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 requires an accessibility statement from public bodies and from companies whose turnover in France exceeds the threshold set by decree no. 2019-768. The publisher, an SME, is not subject to it; no RGAA conformance statement is therefore published.
Independently of that obligation, the site is built as server-rendered semantic HTML, is operable by keyboard, and its primary content remains readable without JavaScript.

Consumer mediation
Article L. 616-1 of the French consumer code requires a trader contracting with consumers to publish the details of the consumer mediator it is affiliated to. The studio works with business clients. If services are sold to consumers, the mediator's name and address must appear below.
